Great News! You can now access your medical information with our Patient Portal (by Updox)!

After you sign up for the patient portal you can review your labs, imaging reports, monthly statements, and communicate with our clinic staff safely and securely about your health needs.


When you provide us your email address, you will receive an email notification for the “Updox Secure Patient Portal”. Simply click on the link in the email and follow the directions.

Is your information secure and confidential?

Yes. Updox keeps your information as secure and confidential as possible on its secure servers, using industry standard HIPAA-compliant encryption after you securely log on.

Your health information is not shared without your consent.


Have questions or concerns you want to ask a health care professional about, questions about your bill, or just want to say Hi? Use your HTFM Patient Portal account to do just that. Here you will be connected to all members of the Home Towne Team. Sign In, we look forward to your message.


Common forms for our clinic are now available on our HTFM Patient Portal. These forms include: "Address and Insurance Change", "Medical Records Release", and so forth. Please log into your portal account from the link referenced above to fill in and submit them.


You can, Sign In to access online scheduling, a new feature we are offering to patients with active portal accounts.

If you are not feeling well and the office is closed, this feature will allow you to view and request the next available appoinment. Once you make your selection you will receive a confirmation email approving your appointment.

If you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must call the clinic at 206-453-4215 option 4. Please be aware that we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling (late cancellations will be counted as no-shows). If you feel your condition requires more immediate attention, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.


The HTFM Patient Portal now accepts secure patient payments. It is easy to use, like many websites for online payments. We accecpt Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can log into your portal account from the link mentioned above and submit payment.

It is recommended that you log into your HTFM Patient Portal account to submit a payment. You can submit a payment without logging in, your account will still be paid, but the transaction will not be logged into your portal history. Updox keeps us connected with many other facilities in the area. We recieve electronic submissions from all over the country. If you recently had labs or other procedures done, and would like the results for review, Sign In, and check your inbox. A member of our team works diligently to keep you up-to-date with your results. If there is something other than labs or radiology you'd like to see, click on forms and complete a medical records release form or message via the portal and she will upload your records.
